Résilitation de mon abonnement After Effects

Salut salut,

J'ai pris un abonnement à After Effects en Mars 2024 pour une prod, donc ça fait un an, et pourtant j'ai toujours des frais de "résiliation anticipée" quand j'essaye d'annuler ma formule ? Je ne comprends pas très bien pourquoi, quelqu'un a une idée de comment juste annuler ma formule ?

if you pay monthly, cancel after your 12th payment is received and before the plan renews on your anniversary date.
