Restore purchases

Hi. Can some agent help me here? I would like to request a refund for my recent purchase because it was accidentally charged to my bank account. I did not intend to upgrade my account to Premium, as I was only using the 7-day free trial. I was unaware that a payment would be processed, and I did not authorize this upgrade. I kindly ask for your understanding, as this was an unintentional purchase. I would really appreciate if you could restore my account back to the free version and issue a refund for the payment that was deducted.

Hello @haimamdn 

When you subscribe to any app or service on an iPhone, the transaction goes through iTunes and it is Apple who owns that transaction.  I believe if you contact Adobe Support, they would advice you to contact Apple / iTunes Support for help with this.

I also noticed that there is no ‘Restore Purchase’ option available in my account, which made it difficult for me to resolve this on my own.

In addition, I did not use any of the Premium features after the accidental upgrade.
