Hello,

 

I recently noticed a charge from Adobe on my account, but I do not recall subscribing to any plan or authorizing this payment. I kindly ask you to clarify what this charge is for and, if possible, issue a refund, as I did not intend to use any paid service.

 

If a subscription was activated by mistake, I would also like to cancel it to avoid future charges.

We appreciate you reaching out. I checked your account details, however I could not find any active subscriptions associated with your account. Could you check your mailbox to confirm the purchase from Adobe?
