  • Hello. I signed up for an adobe subscription for a week, but I only used it once. I haven't used the app in the last 2 months, and my subscription couldn't be canceled. Return my $14!

Thanks for posting your question about your subscription to this public discussion forum, Wonderful_artistry. I am sorry that Acrobat did not meet your needs. I see you have had the chance to evaluate Acrobat over the last month. Please see https://adobe.ly/41OLhy4 for information on the fees that will be associated with ending your commitment now.

You had 14 days from download in which to cancel and request a refund.

Adobe has no way of knowing how many times you used the software.

If you didn't cancel during the 14-day introduction period, you're not eligible for a refund. Sorry.

    Hi @wonderful_artistry3745,

Thanks for writing in. I checked and found that you have an active subscription associated with your account. Since this is an annual subscription, there may be some early termination fee applicable if you cancel it before time.

Please refer to this article for more details: https://adobe.ly/3FEISgX

Let me know if you have any questions.

you can't cancel in the forums and no ine can cancel for you.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Please tell me if I can somehow cancel the annual subscription and get my
money back. I didn't even use the subscription. I signed up for a trial
subscription, I didn't sign up for a year
