How do I request a refund???

I missed my cancelation for my free trail by a week. Adobe said I was screwed and had to commit to my 1 year subscription at $20 a month.

 

I didnt even find the trail useful and forgot about it. 

I paid $20 a month for a year for something I never used and I couldnt get out of it. The year is finally up and I got charged again. 

 

I want my money back. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any product.
