I apologize for any confusion with accessing your recent purchase.
I can confirm that the 2,000-credit plan associated with this account was canceled on September 19, 2025. Only the free credits are currently available, which explains why you reached the daily limit after five images.
If you recently purchased another 2,000-credit plan, it may be associated with a different Adobe account. This document can help you find the correct account:
