Salve avevo un abbonamento annuale, ieri ho comprato una licenza annuale e attivato un nuovo abbonamento, oggi mi sono stati addebitati uleriori 145 euro del vecchio abbonamento, ho annullato l'abbonamento come posso avere un rimborso?

make sure the charges are for what you posted by checking your account, https://account.adobe.com

and checking, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

Thanks for reaching out. I confirm there is a refund initiated from Adobe yesterday after your cancelled the plan. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to process.

Subscriptions are added one upon the other, if the product you subscribed and the Adobe ID is the same. This is espacially the case for redemption codes from vendors like Amazon. If you apply a redemption code, the subscription paid subscription should be paused until the code expires. 

 

You'll need to contact customer support for solving this. This does not seam to be in relation with stock, so I will move your thread to the relevant forum.
