I subscribed their plan so that I can use to edit some files. Now, when I want to cancel my plan they are charging 109 dollars cancellation fee. I don't even use this crap now but they still want me continue to pay for a whole year or pay 109 cancellation fee. I do not recommend this robbing company.

Yes, it's a good idea to read the terms before you subscribe. If you take the cheapest plan it is for a whole year (with auto renew) so you promise to pay for the year. So if you cancel early you must pay (otherwise it's not fair to the people who paid extra to take the month-at-a-time program). Adobe give a generous 50% discount on what is left in the current year. (So $109 isn't a standard fee, it's just what's left of your promised year).
