Hello! I have a problem with trying to subscribe to a Creative Cloud plan. Yes, SUBSCRIBE not cancel.
I had a free trial through Microsoft which expired. My Lightroom develop mode got immediately locked. I am trying to subscribe to an All-app plan and getting the error saying I already have a subscription. I have an email from Microsoft proving that it is canceled, yet Adobe will not recognize it. Chat was absolutely no help whatsoever. Please I need help getting this resolved, I am locked out of Lightroom and the deadline is approaching!
