Ruquest for refund.

Due to automatic billing, I was charged for a full month in advance.

 

Today is the new renewal date, but I haven’t used the service for even a day, yet I was charged for a full month.

I kindly request a refund for the monthly fee that was charged on November 2nd.

Thank you for reaching out.

Adobe offers a full refund if a subscription is cancelled within the first 14 days of purchase. Since this subscription was cancelled 1 month and 1 day after the purchase date, it unfortunately does not qualify for a refund under Adobe’s refund policy.

As this is a monthly plan, your subscription will remain active until December 2, 2025.
