Sales tax

Question

I do not understand why adobe refuses to remove sales tax and puts it on the customer to fill out paperwork so they do not charge sales tax. Adobe is as big as Amazon and they seem to know how to not charge someone in a sales tax free state without the customer having to fill out some paper. Etsy....ebay, netflix, hulu, disney...any of them. This is ridiculous and they refuse to address it any other way than putting it on the customer.
