Sales team wants to scam me?

Question

I wanted to upgade my Photography Plan to a Creative Cloud Pro subscription. However, I don't see that option when I manage my subscription. So I decided to contact an agent via the chat, but she offered me the subscription for an absurd price! What is this all about? Everywhere on the website It says € 79,30/month with 50% off for the first 3 months. What is up with all the different rates?

We are here to help you. I see you have an active Adobe account under the same ID as with the forums. You have two single app plans under this ID InDesign & Illustrator. I don't see any Photography plan under this ID.
