I installed adobe acrobat trial version in order to purchase it for a company.
I purchased the product for the company. After I wanted to close the trial version, having only used the product once, I was asked to pay in advance for another month, which seems wrong to me.
Please stop the flood of emails for payment because I use adobe acrobat purchased for the company.
If necessary, I will write the company name and serial number.

    Thanks for reaching out. I reviewed the account details and found that you have subscribed to an annual plan for Adobe Acrobat Pro which is billed monthly.
    You can cancel the plan following the article shared by the expert above however, you will be asked to pay an early termination fee for cancelling the plan before term end.     @Dan28949199o64x did you cancel Acrobat trial first or did you just closed the app? Closing the app doesn’t cancel the app.

    are you signed into your adobe cc desktop app with the id used to pay for the subscription?
