Same as the problem of many users here. I cancelled my free trial subscription but I still got charged. Refund my money back!!!!

I cancelled it before end of free trial subscription but got charged. Only used it once. I only want a refund

    This is not an acceptable answer. I need a refund. I needed that money and I was not made aware that there were 2 subscription. I want to escalate the case to someone higher.

    Have you now cancelled both subscriptions, not just the one cancelled on Mar 30?

    I did not agree to that and I don't know that. I did not know that that I was signed up for a lot of your packages.  What I know is that the charge is not valid so I need a refund, the only time it was used was the day I signed up. I need a refund.

    Thanks for reaching out. As per your account info, you subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat. I can confirm that you cancelled your AI Assistant plan however, Acrobat Pro stayed active.

    This is the reason you are seeing the charges.

    Having said this, you cancel your current monthly plan(Adobe Acrobat Pro) anytime, it will stay active till the end of the month. More details: https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html

    Just checked my email again. I signed up Mar. 30 then cancelled the same day.

    I cancelled it again, because apparently when they I cancelled it after I use it, which is the day after I signed up for the trial period, it was not cancelled at all. I need my refund

    When you cancel before the trial ends any refund will take up to 14 days

     

    Does your account show that your cancel processed?
