Same email - different accounts problem

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else having this issue with 2 different accounts under the same email. I've got a Substance Painter license on my Personal account and all other Adobe CC apps on my Business account. The problem with this is that I can't use Substance Painter and Photoshop (for example) at the same time. I need to finish work in SP, close it, switch the account and then open Photoshop in order to tweak textures.

that's the way it was designed. otherwise there would be no way to determine the files you want saved/sync'd to which account/profile.

I don't mind managing apps under different accounts, but is that difficult for Adobe account system to recognize that these 2 accounts are using the same email?

you don't understand. most people use use different profiles because they don't want files co-mingled.
