Scam

I understand the "terms of service" and all that. But just because it's in the fine print doesn't mean it's not a scam. The whole "Lightroom for $12 a month" and you assume it's actually going to be monthly, until you try and cancel and they charge you over $100?

Especially seeing as how i got charged $12, then $30, then $160 all within a few days and even the "customer support" rep couldn't (or wouldn't) explain those charges to me.

Didn't answer my questions at all. Since the $160 charge I've been continuously paying the $12 a month. A few days ago I tried to cancel my subscription and they informed me I'd need to pay a $50 cancellation fee. After talking to the "customer service" rep, he got rid of the $50 charge. Saying that the $160 charge WAS a cancellation fee. So...why have I been paying $12 a month since?

and if you want more info, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

it's not really fine print and it's not hidden:
