This is allowed. But your company needs to know that the license belongs only to the person. The company can choose to pay, but

- the company cannot cancel (only the person with the account, after paying the cancellation penalty)

- the company cannot transfer (transfer is never possible)

- the company cannot access files saved to Creative Cloud by the account, even if they leave suddenly.

If the staff member leaves, with a company credit card, this is a nice gift to the former staff member.
