Screwed up 7 day trial I purchased yesterday

The 7 day trial I purchased yesterday is so screwed up it's hard to believe a process could be this bad with a 50 year old sw company.

This support interface is horrendous. Every component is contrary to normal human interaction.  After 42 years in tech, I've never seen anything like this.

Since Adobe doesn't want to pay for enduser support, how many  messages do I have to type and send in order to find the one person who may be able to resolve this ridiculous issue. Uninstalling/reinstalling is not-  resolve the issue.  I need the trial canceled immediately and you better not charge me one thin dime for 1 day of NON-use.

p.s. these are user forums. ie, you have not contacted adobe here.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter/x:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thank you. I canceled the trial.  I would have liked to try it, but the upgrade was corrupted and impossible for me to repair at my end and Adobe offers zero assistance for free trial.  They lost a customer.  Excellent.

Yes, I don't want to spend my valuable life with endless support people trying and failing to fix this.  I want the trial canceled.  You're on notice that I notified you ONE day after purchasing the trial.
