I bought a cs6 several years ago and installed it on my old computer... few years later i installed it on a new laptop without deactivating the old computer. Now i have a new computer and wanted to install it again...

now i got the Massage, that the serial Number is already in use two times.

I should deactivate it on one of the other devices... on my laptop i cannot remove it, still need it.... and the old computer doesnt excist anymore.

can i See a list of activated devices, location of IP or else anywhere?

Is there any possibility for a coersive-deactivating of the old computer?

Correct answer John T Smith

When you can't properly deactivate a serial number
(this is the ONLY support Adobe still offers for old programs)
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

if you purchased from or registered with adobe (and remember your adobe id), you can deactivate from https://account.adobe.com

otherwise, following @John T Smith's advice will deactivate ALL current activations.

then your only option is to deactivate all installations.  you'll then need to reactivate the currently installed cs6 and start your new cs6 installation.
