Service complaint

To be honest, I am extremely frustrated with the level of service I have received.

I wanted to renew my license, but instead, I ended up being charged three times because no one was able to clearly explain which plan I was being switched to and what it included.

I specifically asked whether I would retain access to my previous files if I switched to a different plan, and I was assured that I would. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case.

After cancelling that plan, I was offered another option that is somehow $40 more expensive, despite still not meeting my needs.

Is it possible to purchase additional cloud storage separately, without having to upgrade to a more expensive subscription plan? and without getting a Business Account?

I have already spent three hours of my working time trying to resolve this issue, and this entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming.

no, unfortunately it is not possible.  perhaps that’s why you’re having a problem trying to accomplish that task and causing your frustration.
