Service facturé sans souscription : merci de me rembourser

Bonjour,

J’avais annulé mes souscriptions fin mars et un nouveau service  Assistant IA pour Acrobat m’est facturé depuis 3 mois sans que je n’ai rien souscrit.

Impossible d’envoyer un message à un quelconque service client en dehors de 9h-17h du lundi au vendredi : mais je ne suis pas disponible sur ces horaires là !

Je suis scandalisé par l’impossibilité de joindre le service client par mail en-dehors des heures d’ouverture et la facturation de services à mon insu.

J’attends un remboursement rapide, merci.
