Service miss use

I stopped the service because of miss use of the credit card information. 

My credit card account has been hacked and we tried to reach you several times to report this issue but I couldn’t due to your lack of customer service. I have bee facing a lot of issue with the programs and try to contact you several time b the issue happened again. Finally, I found that someone used my credit card inf.Please inform me how we can fix this problem because I can’t use this service if it is not secured.Thank you

    Nihad, I am sorry that you continue to encounter problems contacting our servers or establishing a chat session.  I show that you encountered additional connection errors when contacting us in July.

     

    Please use a different computer, smartphone, or tablet to begin a chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html.  You can also use the process listed in http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cancel-membership-subscription.html to cancel the membership.  

     

    If you are encountering problems establishing a chat session, then I would fully expect that you would also have problems accessing secure forms.

    As in my previous reply, you need to type "Agent" into the chat box.
