Signed up for free trial an hour ago and it shows 0 days left

I signed up for a monthly (not annually, billed monthly) photoshop plan an hour ago and decided to cancel until I make a final decision to keep the subscription.

And Adobe says:

• Free trial — 0 days left
• End your free trial:
  You still have 0 remaining days in your free trial. Once you cancel, you will lose access to the apps in your free trial.
  
  How is that ?
