Question

Signed up for trial with gift card and now it says I owe money

I signed up for a trial to try it out with a burner card, and when the date of the last day of the trial came, I went to cancel it, but it's not letting me cancel now, and it says I need to pay the 20 before I cancel.

Is this some sort of scam? I hope not, so yeah, I need help cancelling this and deleting account.

Cancel within 14 days of your order going through and you'll get a full refund.

The scam was you not using a real credit card, and ignoring the fact that you agreed to a contract
