Sigue saliendo mensaje de actualizar suscripción

Hola!

 

Hace un mes y medio actualicé mi plan a uno nuevo debido a la salida de Digital River. Hoy ya me cobraron el segundo mes pero me siguen saliendo estos mensajes para que actualice mi plan. Alguno sabe que debo hacer para que no aparezcan mas?

start with the link in @Jeffrey_A_Wright 's message.  only if you manage your own subscription and that link fails to help should you proceed to these steps -

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

below are solutions some users reported:

 

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-trial-mode.html

 

if that fails, change the install location

LucasLa, I can confirm the subscription is active under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Do you manage the computer and network yourself? If so, then see https://adobe.ly/3FEq7dz for several solutions to allow the computer to see the new membership. ^JW
