Since 3 months I had paid for 2 accounts. Can you refund for the account I just cancel for 3 months or refund just for the September 2026 because I don't have money?

I can understand how frustrating and concerning it can be to realize you were being charged for two Adobe Acrobat Pro subscriptions when you only intended to use one.

I can see that one Acrobat Pro subscription remains active on your account, while the other was canceled today. Because refund requests require a review of the account and billing history, we're unable to determine refund eligibility here in the community.

You can review Adobe's subscription terms, cancellation policies, and refund information here:

Please contact us directly so we can review the charge associated with the subscription you canceled today and discuss any available options:

When you contact us, please let us know that you inadvertently maintained two Acrobat Pro subscriptions and have already canceled the duplicate subscription. We'll be happy to review the account details and discuss the next steps with you.
