Доброго дня, як відписатись та відєднати платіжну карту, послугами не користувалась і не планую.
Unfortunately, we're a user-to-user forum set up to help users with technial issues with Adobe Acrobat. We don't have the ability or authority to help with subscription issues.
I can, however, share the latest guidance from Adobe for addressing Acrobat subscription issues.

The link goes to an English language web page explaining how to cancel your subscription. Hopefully Adobe has resources to share with you in your native language as well.
