Solicitar Reembolso Ayuda Porfavor

Buenas ¿Que tal? Resulta que puse mi tarjeta para probar los siete dias de prueba de adobe y lo probe dos dias y nunca mas lo use a el servicio. Ahora me encuentro en mi tarjeta que me debitaron dinero, veo y fue de adobe.com (ahi recorde que abia olvidado cancelar la subscripcion). Sinceramente ya no uso el servicio y estoy pagando por algo que no estoy usando hace rato y quisiera saber si seria posible un reembolso del dinero ya que ese dinero aunque parezca poco lo necesitaba para otra cosa mas importante. Gracias por la atencion de antemano. Saludos desde Uruguay!!!!!

hola;  nunca me llego el reembolso despues de la prueva gratuita:: cancele antes de los &' dias:: ayuda por favvor, no se donde preguntar::

hola que tal, tambien tengo el mismo problema solo que yo cancele la suscipcion un dia amtes de que terminara, y ahora me conraron como y no se donde reclamar

hola, yo hoy tengo un tema similar, solicite la prueba para el plan pro, y mi equipo no lo soporto, asi que cambie al plan mas sencillo, y tampoco pude instalarlo  16 de septiembre lo solicite ese mismo dia, asi que hice la cancelacion del plan pero igual me cobraron el plan Pro, y no existe un canal para solicitar la devolucion, ya que ahora no me deja ingresar ya que yo cancele el plan, y ahora me dice que no tengo ningun plan en resumen me cobraron a pesar de haber hecho el cambio de plan y ademas me cobraron el mas caro, que linda hitoria no les parece.-

Use el servicio solo 1 dia y puse el numero de mi tarjeta porque sin eso no me permitia ingresar al sistema y olvide la fecha para desvincularme del programa Adobe y por ello Solicito el remmbolso de mi dinero , extornando de su cuenta a mi cta ahorros

Yo hablé con Adobe y dijo que me había reembolsado y no fue así y además me enviaron los documentos para hablar con el banco y lo hice y no me dieron solución en conclusión Adobe me ROBÓ el dinero.

if you cancel an adobe app subscription within the 14 day cancellation period you're entitled to a full refund.  otherwise, you're not.

 

in either event , you can plead your case to adobe.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Hola me paso algo similiar, se supone que los dias de prueba es para que el cliente decida si quiere quedarse con los servicios o no, y en mi caso la verdad no me sirvieron y cuando quise cancelar no habia donde cancelar la susbcripcion, quiero el reembolso de mi dinero porque lo tomaron sin mi autorizacion,

Hola también tengo ese problema coloque mi tarjeta en la prueba gratuita y se me olvidó cancelar para que no me cobrará el plan anual a mi tarjeta deseo un reembolso ya que no voy a utilizar este programa y necesito el dinero para otros gastos por favor les agradezco si me pueden ayudar Gracias 🙏

You will not receive a response to your request to cancel a subscription here in this forum.

 

Click through on the link provided above by @kglad and scroll down until you see the chat icon in the lower right corner. You can type "agent" there to talk to a real live person.

For anyone else reading this, not using is NOT the same as cancelling... once you download the program(s) Adobe doesn't know if you are using the program(s) or just letting them sit

 

You MUST cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

The OP is not referring to downloaded Adobe apps, but rather Adobe Stock subscription.

7-day-trial is more a reference to an app subscription. That's why I did move the request here in this forum.

You will have to contact Adobe Customer Service in order to attempt to negotiate an early termination of your one-year stock subscription.
