Hola. Necesito el reembolso de la cuenta recién cancelada ¿Como lo hago para solicitar el reembolso?

Hi @carlos_9488,

We appreciate you reaching out. Refund can only be requested if the subscription is cancelled with 14 days of purchase. As per your account details, you have an annual subscription to Adobe Acrobat Standard which is 1 year and 3 months old. 

Also, the subscription is in cancelling status which means that you cancelled the plan however the services will continue till April 13, 2026. The plan will not get renewed after that.
