Buenas noches,

Había puesto mi PayPal para probar los siete días de prueba de Adobe. Lo utilicé una vez para corregir un PDF. Hoy me di cuenta de que se realizó un cobro de suscripción a pesar de que, según yo, lo había cancelado. Desde la primera vez, no he usado el servicio y quisiera saber si sería posible un reembolso del dinero, ya que no cuento con dinero extra para pagar por servicios no vitales.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

 

if it shows you cancelled during the trial (or even within 1 week of the trial ending), yes you will get a refund.

 

if your subscription was not cancelled, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
