hola, hablo por este medio ya que el asistente y los teléfonos no responden, realice un reembolso de una compra que hice de un plan por error, pero en el reembolso no está el total del dinero, falta una cierta cantidad, quería saber si es así o simplemente está mal? muchas gracias
