SOLUCIÓN DOBLE DÉBITO

Les ha pasado que comunicarse con servicio al cliente de Adobe es imposible? Les cuento que desde hace 3 meses me debitan doble el plan y NADIE hace nada, llevo todo este tiempo intentando una solución amable y no ha sido posible. Además cansada de regalar mi plata, (víctima de este robo) no me dejan cancelar la cuenta sin que me cobren una multa. CÓMO ES POSIBLE ESTO? A alguien más le ha pasado? Los leo

a mi tambien me ha pasado esto es un robo estoy cansado de que me hagan ese cobro

Nobody on this public forum has access to your account. Please contact Customer Care  to solve the problem.

 

You can subscribe on a monthly basis or on a yearly basis (and then your monthly rate is cheaper). If you don't want to fulfill the yearly contract then you get charged extra for leaving early, which is logical.
