Stacking Plans issue

Hi Guys - hope you can help.

I normally stack up my LR/PS packages to runconsecutivly - my current 20GB package was due to run out Nov 2027.

I purchased 2 new plans today on Black Friday deal and redemmed the codes (this should  take me to November 2029) ..... these are 1TB packages as the 20GB is no longer available.

 

The codes were accepted but are not showing on my account - some SOMETHING has been updated as it is now showing Nov 20th (todays date) but 2027 ........ so it looks like it has cancelled my already paid for package and substituted it for this new one) ?!?!?

 

I have tried talking to customer services but they couldn't grasp what I was trying to explein.

 

Any hep MUCH appreciated as at present I am 2 years down on what I have purchased !!

you can cancel yourself.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you purchase non-identical plans, they won't stack.  they run concurrently.

 

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

what's it show?

more than one subscription?

yes is now showing 2 running at the same time - I am trying to get customer service to cancel one and issue new redemtion codes so I can add them when the time comes - fingers crossed
