I cancelled my plan in Feb and all of the sudden I've noticed a new plan that was started in May!? I'm going to cancel my direct debit but how do I get my stolen money back!? There seems to be no way to contact 🙄

Same scandle just happened to me today. Mine was cancelled 5 months ago, and they decided to charge me again and wanted to charge twice the amount in two weeks. I had never done yearly, always monthly becasue if I die I dont want corporations helping them selves to my bank accounts. But today they opened up an old account and decided to start charging... check bounced for rent... THANKS ADOBE and System Generated.

@Marcus35485491ulaf

contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Hi Nancy, I sent you a private message about my unauthorised billing from Adobe. Could you please check my case and proceed an assistance. Thank you!

Card theft happens.  Are you absolutely certain you or a family member didn't order an Adobe product or service from Adobe, Google Play or Apple Store?  Contact your bank.  They will have you sign some legal forms before closing your card and launching a fraud investigation with law enforcement.

Is that new plan in YOUR name, or was your card number stolen?

Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Help Center https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html is a good place to start
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-you MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

- or by telephone https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
