Started free trial, got charged right away!!

I started a 0 rupees trial and got a otp request for that 0 rupees, but they charged me 1974.14 INR, i contacted their customer support so they told me they can't do anything and offered a 90 day extension, i was flabbergasted. I am thinking of filing a consumer complaint as a student that was a lump sum and i can't afford to do away with that. they later said that the payment isn't showing, so i told them i can give them my transaction id but they refused that too. i don't know what to do at this point.

I also gets get charged 732 rs with free trial .

tomorrow I will going to talk to my lawyer about this . I have the money to fight this in consumer court . let see

cancel your subscription for a refund.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

Upon reviewing the Adobe ID used to post this query, we can confirm that there were previously individual subscriptions for Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant associated with the account. However, both subscriptions have since been cancelled.

As we are unable to locate any recent transaction corresponding to the charges you mentioned, we recommend contacting your bank directly to dispute the charge.

Contacted my bank they said the money is credited...i even have the transaction id and screenshots of payment and debit from my account to adobe. It just is so disheartening. They sent me otp for 0 rupees...but debited so much.
