Still be charged when I'm in free trial

Today, I subscribed to the free trial. And in the website, it said will not be charged after the free trial ends.

 But it still charged me, even though my free trial has not ended.

I canceled my Adobe subscription during the free trial period, but it has been more than 14 days and I still haven’t received my refund.

 

The subscription was canceled before the trial ended, and the system showed that I wouldn’t be charged. However, the charge still went through.

 

Could someone from the support team please help review my case?
