Still being charged

Why am I being charged every month for these services. $52.66 a month. I've tried to a cancel this numerous times and no one ever gets back in touch with me. I'm hoping I can be reimbursed for the last 2 months but I highly doubt it.

    adobe can be pretty understanding according to other users with similar account problems.  contact support per JT Smith and explain your situation.  if you have any supporting documents/screenshots etc, have them handy.
