Still being charged!!

Hi there,

I have a problem. I canceled the membership within the free trial and have an email to say it was cancelled however I am still being charged, unfortunately only noticed after being charged a few times.

I went to cancel and it was still saying I had to pay the rest of the annual fee.Could someone please help me check my account situation?

Thanks for the update, Calm_Visionary. The message in your screenshot confirms that you canceled AI Assistant for Acrobat, which I can confirm. As previously referenced by Shivangi, your Acrobat subscription has remained active.

 

If you no longer need the additional services, you can use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/4of8i68 to self-cancel your commitment to Adobe Acrobat Pro. ^JW

    Hi Shivangi.

    This is the screenshot, I see it states the AI assistant was cancelled cause that I was I trialed so I have no idea why I have been charged for the pro?
