Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:

Did you get reimbursed?
I’ve just realized I’ve been charged €59.99/month for a full year — that’s €719.88 — for a service I never used and had cancelled before the end of the trial period.
I don’t want vague excuses — I cancelled, and that should have been the end of it.
I’m asking for a full refund. Let’s see how Adobe responds.

Outrageous — I'm being charged €59.99 by Adobe for a service I never used and already cancelled (proof below and available to anyone who needs it).

I’ve just discovered I’ve been charged €59.99/month for the past 12 months — totaling €719.88 for now— for a service I never used and had cancelled.

I have documented proof of the cancellation (which I’m happy to share), yet the charges continued without notice.

This is unacceptable, and I’m requesting a full refund

I don't want vague explanations or generic excuses — I cancelled, and that should have been the end of it. The continued billing is unacceptable.

I expect a full refund and a prompt resolution.

Thank you.

Hi, this is primarily a user-to-user Forum – so we don't really have the power to help you here, unfortunately...

The only folks who have the ability to fix plan billing or account payment issues is Adobe Customer Care themselves. You should be able to reach them via live online chat:

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

To contact Adobe Customer Support by phone, go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html for a comprehensive list of phone number by geography including hours and languages.

*** Note that Adobe does not do support by email, so beware of scammers and answering anyone who sends you a private message via this forum. ***

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.
