Still Can't cancel an Adobe Subscription, Nov 2022

I've been yelling at my wife since Jan 2022 to cancel her Adobe subscription, but every month there's another charge, she been trying to call, email, and chat with their [moderator: abusive language deleted] organization but they just keep giving her the run around, guess I'll try a BBB complaint.  

 

Adobe has sucked for several years, it always crashes when a large pdf file is open, my company uses bluebeam software for pdf's.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
inform the agent that you want to cancel.

there isn't enough information in your post to help you. eg, what subscription? what dates? why hasn't your wife canceled?

May I ask why can't you cancel? You can do so yourself, if you don't find the option to cancel you can ask Adobe support for assitance, they will surely help you out. What did they say when you contacted them in the past?
