STOP invoicing

Hello Service Center,

 

I'm getting a bit annoyed since you cannot be contacted in any way... as it seems... i had a trial period for seven days. After 3 days I cancelled, but still you're billing my account. Can you please stop this and return my funds?

Thanks for reaching out. Upon checking, I see that you previously had an individual Acrobat and Illustrator plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. However, both subscriptions have been canceled.

If you had another plan associated with a different Adobe ID, please share the ID with me via personal message so I can assist you further. You can review this guide on how to send a personal message: How to Send a Personal Message.

If you are looking to cancel an individual subscription, please follow the steps outlined in this guide: Cancel Your Subscription.

For canceling a Teams or Enterprise subscription, you will need to raise a support case through the Admin Console. Please refer to this document for further guidance: Support and Expert Services

Hi AN,

 

No I had no other subscriptions. Nevertheless, my CC is still being debited by Illustrator with an montly amount of EUR 26,43.... It simply needs to stop!

Can you provide me with an email address of telephone number (in the Netherlands). If I want to login in the Admin Console, this isn't possible either.
