Storage and Leica upload issues

I cannot find the option to upgrade Cloud storage in Lightroom.  When I click on "manage account," i get a notice to go to Apple because I purchased the subscription there.  There is no option to upgrade storage.  Also, is there a way to upload only the RAW files from a Leica?  I save both Raw and JPEG -- or at least to be able to quickly identify which is the RAW file and which is JPEG once uploaded to Lightroom so I can delete the JPEGS?  So frustrating.
