Strange behaviour of sales chat representative
Had a few questions to ask on behalf of my client to Sales. Not only did they not answer my questions but left the conversation in between abruptly.
Extremely bad experience. My expectations were that they will answer the question and understand what I have to say. Here is the chat Transcript

we are an IT firm and one of our client is a health clinic
they want their documents, patient forms, consent forms etc to be digitally signed by patients

they might have 50 different patients per month and each patient might require to sign 2-3 or 4 documetns as per his ailment
So my question is -
with the base plan, how many documents we can get signed in this scenario.. are there any limits?
We might have documents A B C .. and there might be 20 different customers coming to the clinic who needs to sign these documents A B C each
We checked Docusign and it allows only 5 documents per month.. so we are checking Adobe now
Ok So we have Acrobat sign solution which will help you with the e-sign solution that you are looking for
But we do not have Direct VIP in India

I am sorry, VIP is the enterprise license for Acrobat sign
And you need to contact the reseller
- our client is not in India.. he is in US
- We only want to explore base plan.. not the enterprise one
and 3 - you did not answer the question about the limits? no of docs we can get signed per month
