Struggling to update education information.

Hi, I am a teacher and so I would like to apply for the teacher discount. However, I am encountering some isses in trying to achieve this. I have submitted 2 applications with 2 different credentials, yet I am receiving replies stating that they are unable to verify this. I would like some further help or explaination as to why it is not being accepted. Thank you.
