Question

Student being charged non-student price despite verified education status

Hello,

I am a student who has been on the student plan for a few years now (first in high school, then community college, now university where I am studying film production). I've had times before where I forget to change my academic institution on my account so I'd get charged full price, and with those instances, the price went back to normal. However, after my recent transfer to univeristy, I changed my school and got verification yet I am still being charged 54.99/mo. It's supposed to be 29.99/mo if I am somehow not mistaken. As a full-time student working only part time, this difference in cost is big for me, so I'd like to know how to resolve it ASAP.
