Student discount not applying?

Hello! My old credit card expired recently, and of course I got the notification to update the payment method or my plan would cancel. When I went to update the information I saw that it said that the next payment would be 79€, which is the normal individual plan price here in Spain. I re-applied for the student discount as it had also finished and it got updated and accepted, but the price stayed the same and I don’t want to update the card information because 79€/month is quite a lot for me right now. What can I do? Do I need to just let it cancel itself and buy it again? Or just wait a couple more days for the discount  to show up? 

 

Theoretically my student discount is already accepted but I don’t know why it doesn’t show in the price.

    ie, at the top of an adobe.com page click your icon > log out, then click log in

    We appreciate you reaching out. I can confirm that the subscription you own is updated as a discounted education plan. Could you sign out of your Creative Cloud account and sign back in?

    Let us know if you are able to see the updated amount.
