Student discount stopped

hi, i had a student discount , and am still a student, but now since september i am being charged full rate, how can i get it changed back, and hopefully get a refund ! thankyou

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser) and only ask to have your activations reset:
