Student ID approved but not showing up

My student ID has been approved by sheer after being declined a few weeks ago. This week I have had an email from Adobe saying that my student plan will become a regular plan on Thursday. 

Sheer said they cannot process another request and shouldn't need to as it's been done already. They've provided me with the approval ID number

 

who can I contact at Adobe as their chat not doesn't understand the question?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

i don't understand who "sheer" is, but there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thanks. Sheer is the third party ID approval company for Adobe

i'm not sure what country that's for, but i'm not important in fixing your problem.  adobe support is, and hopefully, they'll understand.
