Student plan

Hello! I'm having a series of problems getting a student plan, I'll be listing them so you can understand.

 

  • When leaving my Adobe email to check eligibility, it appears (Unique ID already exists), so I can't proceed.
  • When contacting an Adobe agent, I was informed that I would receive a direct email within 24 hours, which I had not received in the last 5 days. I can't get in touch anymore, there are never any agents available and they don't show a specific service time.

 

Can someone help me? I can't afford to buy Substance Painter and I would really like to get a student license. Thank you very much in advance 🙂

you have to use a different adobe id.

I have already tried with 2 other emails that I have an account with. Is there any rule to accept?

and all three emails are already in use?  do you have accounts at all 3, https://account.adobe.com
