Hello! I'm having a series of problems getting a student plan, I'll be listing them so you can understand. When leaving my Adobe email to check eligibility, it appears (Unique ID already exists), so I can't proceed.When contacting an Adobe agent, I was informed that I would receive a direct email within 24 hours, which I had not received in the last 5 days. I can't get in touch anymore, there are never any agents available and they don't show a specific service time. Can someone help me? I can't afford to buy Substance Painter and I would really like to get a student license. Thank you very much in advance 🙂
