Student plan expiring, still enrolled. How do I keep student pricing?
I’m currently on an Adobe Student plan, and my subscription is set to renew in mid-January. I will still be enrolled as a student throughout 2026 and would like to continue on the student plan at the student rate until I graduate. I can provide enrollment documentation if needed.
However, I haven’t been able to find a billing email, forum category, or support chat that clearly addresses this, and I also can’t find any written guidance explaining how to extend or re-verify student eligibility.
Does anyone know the correct process or how to contact the right team to handle this?
